ideas for my maps terrain.

Now i have my basic terrain done with my map. All i want is it to look cooler. i have seen screenshots of your maps and they loop totally awsome. My map is based on the elements... fire, water, earth, and death. I need some ideas. Please help.

Death is an element? New one to me..

so i came up with death
it could have been life but that would have been like earth.

Why not try an actual element and go for like wind or plasma if you need to stretch it...
death and life aren't elements..

can't really change it. I have kinda sub elements in each main element. like fire i have magma element and fire element... in water ice element and water element... in earth i have weather element and earth element and in death i have spirit element and death element.

I am just trying to get some ideas or my terrain.
