If I get an error from WC3, where can I look at it?

I got an Error: could not load texture.

Does WC3 create an error file (or whatever it is called) where I can get more specific information about the error?

Well i am pretty sure it creates a log in C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\Errors every time WC3 crashes. Not so sure about just errors.
