Im stumped.

Heres a question that im having a hard time trying to answer. I just can't think of an answer.


Explain why an important feature of science is that our beliefs about the world remain flexible and adaptable.
 
Because if we didn't believe that, there'd be no point in doing research.
 
Because we could never even think that a theory or belief was wrong, let alone admit it and work toward finding the truth. For example...If we were so strict with our beliefs one man would have never thought he could find a faster route to India by going AROUND a flat world.
 
I have another problem.

I need a equation that can eqal 5 different answers just by switching around the parenthases (). Ex. 4+7(45-9)-4= Blah Blah Blah. 4+(7)(45)-(9-4)= Bleh Bleh Bleh. But I need it to equal somthing different 5 times. Plz help me. Thxs a bunch
