I'm tagged for no reason on Diablo 2

Hi, I don't use any third party programs, such as maphack, mf bots, and I don't use illegal items, like occy rings or iths.
But for some reason I'm now tagged, I'm rather sure its because of a glitch in the game, i was talking to cain in act4 so i could get a soulstone and do the hellforge quest, when i talk to him, i drop, it drops me out of bnet, then says 'Realm Down' for a good 20+ minutes, and when i finally get back on, all i see is 5-6 games on the join list, i cant join games my friends are in because they "do not exist". Can someone help me?

Diablo II Act IV Soulstone Issue
A recent issue has surfaced for Diablo II on Battle.net regarding the Soulstone that the player receives in Act IV from Cain. Normally, if the player loses the Soulstone, he or she can speak with Cain to get the Soulstone replaced. Currently, when Cain tries to replace the missing Soulstone - which he only does in Act IV - the player will be dropped from the game or from Battle.net altogether. This can prevent the player from being able to immediately log back into Battle.net, as well. The player may also get the "Realm Down" message when trying to log into Battle.net.

Please note that Cain can still be used to identify items in Acts I, II, and III. The above-mentioned issue only occurs if the player engages Cain in Act IV without the Soulstone in inventory or stash. If the player does have the Soulstone in inventory or stash and hasn’t lost it, then Cain can also be used to identify items in Act IV.

This issue is considered high priority, and the Battle.net team is currently working on a solution.
