Increased life replenish while rooted?

How would I go about making it so when my ancient of war roots, it replenishes life faster then being unrooted?
 
I believe there are to seperate units for rooted/unrooted adjust life regen accordingly. If not Triggers of course ^^

I have never seen them, So if anyone knows can you point them out :)!
 
Nvm, that was the corrupted stuff i saw, i think WEU has it though. Use a trigger that gives casts like a rejuv on the tree when it root/unroots (make rejuv affect buildings)
