I'm tired of it, I don't need it, I want to get rid of it. Seriously.
Using wink2k, dual 866 p-3's and 512 MB SDRAM. 40GB HDD.

I want serious suggestions of how I can go about removing that damn buggy and unsecure program. I have another web browser, but I don't want IE to exist on my computer period. I have another win2k computer I can try stuff on. But I do have important data on it, so it can't be totally FUBARED. The data is on a separate HDD.
 
lol go into DOS and type in del c:\windows

then proceed to install linux, it works every time, not.

If you believe MS hype, it is integral and windows will fubar without it, but i don't believe them. I'll see if I can work out how to diable it.

    Wow - the change in the stats are major. I kind of knew it was all bots but wow, to see the effect. Why the social media sites cant do something like this I have no idea.

    Probably inflates their numbers so they look better to advertisers.

    Yeah google does not filter those bots. I remember when Apex was doing Google ads I saw the same IPs in there as I was seeing here - google is totally tracking all those bots as traffic and most google traffic, at least ours, was all bots

    Weekend went by too fast. Next weekend I am going to try to do a nature thing - buddy of mine lives by the Colorado river and has some kayaks and invited me to do some kayaking from a place he knows to get on the river.

    The first gate is stopping all the bots that don't execute javascript.

    That's the main thing with Anubis - no Javascript, no site. Typically you can still get the site to load without Javascript.

    Real users can't really disable Javascript anymore these days.
