So, I happened to notice that the Warden ("IronRaven") skin nearly matched the unwrap for the Sentry ("Watcher"), which is one of my favorite WC3 models. Actually, if you look close enough, the Warden skin was actually painted over the Sentry skin...

This is a carefully hand-Copy'n'Pasted, tweaked, aligned, touched up, and overall perfected adaption of the Warden's armor to the Sentry model. Alas, it's about 5% "freehand", and thus I wouldn't even dream of trying to pass it off over at THW.

I also made it a high elf while I was at it, though a night elf version is also attached.

There's no teamcolor.

-- How To Implement --​

Import to Textures/Watcher.blp to apply to the Night Elf Runner, or Units\Creeps\Watcher\Watcher.blp to apply to the Night Elf Sentry.

How to make what grey and "iron-y"? Do you mean, you want to modify this skin, or make a completely new skin with a similar look?

If it's the second, I couldn't tell you, since all the "iron" look came from the original Warden skin that I modified.

Uhm....you can use white to black (white = 100 value, black = 0 value, and every values between it. Use the white and black as smallest as you can because this will be "extreme" highlights or shadows. And also before I forgot, use any color with 50 value as the base.
