yes, but you enable it with triggers..
so.. not hard trigger

hmm Enable bounty for <owner of the buildings> ?? wouldn't it be for <owner of killing unit>????

That's a "player" flag.
Usually, you only ever enable this once, in map initialization.

i wrote <owner of buildings> becuz I don't know which specific player he wants to turn on bountry for..

since he wants bounty for buildings, the player owning the building will get their bounty turned on.
