Item Combos

Like DOTA, I want to make it so two or more items coming together makes one item with the combined attributes. How do I make the triggers when those items are all in the inventory of the hero combine?

Example:

Slot 1: Item A
Slot 2: Item B

Item A + Item B = Item AB (Created in Slot 1)

But I just dont want it for slot one and two. I want this to occur no matter what slot the items are in.

            If - Conditions
                ((Hero manipulating item) has an item of type Recipe Item 1) Equal to True
                ((Hero manipulating item) has an item of type Recipe Item 2) Equal to True
                ((Hero manipulating item) has an item of type Recipe) Equal to True
            Then - Actions
                Item - Remove (Item carried by (Hero manipulating item) of type Recipe Item 1)
                Item - Remove (Item carried by (Hero manipulating item) of type Recipe Item 2)
                Item - Remove (Item carried by (Hero manipulating item) of type Recipe)
                Hero - Create Recipe Created Item and give it to (Hero manipulating item)
            Else - Actions

You can create an if/then/else for eachr ecipe and change the items it gives and takes.
