Item Icon Cooldown

I am trying to create a custom item that has unlimited charges and a cooldown. When the item is used though, I cannot get the shadow clock counter to display the cooldown time over the icon.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

The cooldown of the item is adjusted by the item ability. If you have given the item multiple abilitys you need to set the one with the cooldown at the top of the list.
