I have two questions about somethings.

First, i'd like to know how to add a bonus on a item form a caracter stats.
Like: Intelligence bonus = (current hero intelligence / 20)

Second, if there any ways to add negative bonuses to an item?
Like: -2 to strengh?

There is a way first go in the object editor under abilities under item and you can modify or make your own item add however amount of bonus stats you want. Then for your other question make this trigger.

Events- Unit acquires item

Condtions- Item type of Item being manipulated equal to (your item)

Actions- Modify (strength, intel, agility, etc) of hero manipulating item: Add -(whatever)

Or you can just subtract, I haven't tested this trigger yet though.

The "normal" items use abilities.

As an example, Claws of Attack +6, use an ability called "Item Damage Bonus (+6)".
And, yes, somewhere under the abilities tab... there it is

So, have a look through the "item abilities" list.
What they do is sometimes obvious from the name,
if not, find the "data" field(s).
Copy the one you like.

Copy an item and give it your new custom ability.


Negative values should be possible.
There is, however, an option "Allow negative values in object editor",
somewhere under "File / Preferences",
which might need checking.
