1) Makes you feel good that you can do more than drag and drop
2) Teaches you programming to an extent
3) I believe it gives you more openness. You can have "local variables" which only show up in one trigger and don't find their way into any other unless sent to it when you "call" that function/trigger. It's difficult to explain, but the variables you can make in the drop down lists of trigger are "global". I don't remember the usefulness of it at the moment I do believe, however, that you can also edit the "intake" of the function. The variables that are preset can be an edited to a small extent so that you don't have to have that drop down of "triggering unit" and the other ones when you can put a special variable of something similar. Like I said, it's VERY hard to explain in words.
I didn't mean a complete transferance. I meant a transferance for my boarding function once the errors are ripped out violently. At the moment, I believe it isn't possible to board units at the exact same time or else strange things will happen.
Guys just a heads up I am going to be shutting the site down soon. I am just waiting on the NUON people to decide whether they want to transfer forum data and keep the discord. My email is [email protected] for anyone that wants to keep in touch and I have a facebook too. I will make an official post later. Love you guys and will miss everyone!
I'd rather personally just own a backup of the Nuon data than see it go to AtariAge honestly. If it gets enshittified as per usual, or if some of the "regular" Jaguar folks get there, it's not gonna be fun
