I think we can all agree that John Cena is one of the most likable stars in Hollywood right now which is why it doesn't come as a surprise how he's universally beloved. Thanks to the success of his DC Extended Universe Peacemaker, the former multi-time WWE champion is reaching unprecedented heights in his acting career but that's not to say that he's immune to cancel culture because much like his Tinseltown contemporaries, he's a prime target.
In fact, Cena is currently under fire over a social media post that many believe is done in poor taste. Taking to Twitter, Cena wrote what seemed to be a harmless tweet about how it would be a great time to use Christopher Smith's "peacemaking" powers. There wasn't any context to what Cena posted but a lot of people are convinced that the message pertains to the current rift between Ukraine and Russia and given the timing and convenience of his post, it sounds like a no-brainer.
For the uninitiated, Russia recently launched a large-scale invasion of Ukraine in an attempt to put an end to NATO’s eastward expansion.
