This is pretty old. But thought I'd share this here. It's an awesome movie. Not sure if you guys are familiar with Journey to the West. It's based off Chinese classic literature which revolves around the Monkey King (Wukong). It's directed by Stephen Chow, the mastermind behind Shaolin Soccer and Kungfu Hustle.

Maybe there's a good story in the movie. But the "visual effects" looks so awful !
Just saying.

Rofl. You can tell so much it's Stephen Chow. That's the only reason I'll watch this since I love Shaolin Soccer and Kung Fu Hustle.

From the looks of it though, it's not near the awesomeness of those two films hah. I might check this out over winter break or something.

You're referring to the pig scene? Lol.

Well, perhaps the reason why it wasn't released in the US in English is because of the classic Chinese literature elements in the storyline. To me the storyline was awesome. :p
