Hi..

I need some help..
I got this kazaa plus and my computer got full of threatening objects…
Which my anti software’s automatically got reed of…
That’s how I lost my kazaa software and had to re licence it…
Then I lost it again and with 2 re licensing to go I contact kazaa costumer service twice, waited for 2 weeks and never got an answer…
Any thing I can do to make kazaa work properly or,
Is there any way I can get my money back..

You could ask them for the money back, but don't hold your breath as I have a feeling that when you install Kazaa, the EULA specifically tells you that they are going to put software to spy on you onto your computer if you want to use the software. By paying them money and installing the software, you agree to that happening, so your only option may be to just uninstall the software and ask for a refund saying you're unhappy with the product. Otherwise, you'll just have to learn to deal with the spyware.
