I do recommend AS3 though, I've learnt AS2 but that was before AS3 came out, I plan to learn AS3 eventually but for now, if you're start out, go ahead and learn AS3, it's much faster and more powerful than AS2 .

By tonight I plan to have 5 Levels finished for Hard Mode.

EDIT: I have effectively set a record for beating Levels 1 and 2 of Hard Mode in the quickest time and the fewest deaths:

• fixed collision detection on spikes in Hard Mode.
• Adjusted level 1 slightly, enjoy the "introduction" to the difficulty .

Shouldn't the flag-save thing also save switches positions as well? I saved my position after I got a switch, and when I revived, it got switched to off again.

Intentional, but I have made it so that if you get past a spike that was activated by the switch, the spike is then removed :3.

So save your check point for after you get past whatever was activated by the switch.

If anyone is ninja enough, feel free to put a video together of yourself beating the first 4 levels of Hard, we're getting a pretty good collection on Youtube for a game that isn't yet released :3.

What is the "flag glitch"? Sounds like something I need to fix.

• Fixed corrupt flash file (shouldn't affect anyone)
• Improved a few menus
• Sound toggle option temporarily removed.
• Topaz Score now stored in a seperate save file, one that will hopefully be accessible by any flash (meaning you can transfer your score across games and purchase stuff from them)
• Don't be surprised if you've lost all of your achievements, it was either that or I had to stop working on the game/remake it from scratch ;P

Sort of.

When you define a save file, you give it a name.

Hopefully, provided you're playing on the same domain, you should be able to access this save on another game so long as it's loading up the same name.

If not, then oh well, I can still implement this across games, it just means that you can't earn achievements from one game and use them in another ;O.

Update is now being uploaded, the changes include:

• Time-based achievements added and fixed.
• Medium level pack's difficulty reduced.
• Added level 9 to Hard Mode - now the hardest level in the game.

I'd like to see if anyone can even reach level 9, let alone beat it :thup:.

Time Based Achievements:

• Beat Practice Mode in 30 seconds.
• Beat Easy Mode in 80 seconds.
• Beat Medium Mode in 300 seconds. (Should be possible in 200, please attempt this achievement and let me know what kind of times you can get)

Level 9:

Level 9 is temporarily the only playable level in Hard Mode. I'd like to see if anyone here can beat it, besides me (who made it to the end and died).
