How could one make an ability that jumps the hero to a target point? a bit like blink except its a jump so unlike blink u can go into unexplored areas with it. Of course, it must look different.
 
Base off shockwave with no art, damage etc but keep the range as your targeting range. Then you trigger it all.

Animation - Change unit flying height

Only works on flying units, but if you add then immediatly remove the Storm Crow unit ability it classifies as flying in that trigger. Then its just a matter of setting it up... Mess with this, if you have little or no trigger exp let me know
