Left Sidebar in PHPBB forum?

How would i go about adding a sidebar to the left side of my forum?

Editing the phpbb template. All Ryoko's site really is made of is a REALLY nice phpbb theme.

You would have to make one, and its pretty hard

Well, yeah. Sorry. Because, when coding temlates/mods for a forum system, there are certain "Rules" you have to follow.

If you dont follow these "Rules", then you wont have a working forum

His is based off of subSilver, so is mine, and for the pretty hard thing, I have alotta time since its summer.

Then theres nothing we can really help you with, just edit the template file ( make sure to back it up ).

there is about 30 template files for subSilver, or any template, I need to know which one to edit and put the table for the sidebar in. I have dreamweaver set to accept TPL files.

I hate TPL files. I dont really know how to use them

Thats why I dont like PHPBB, it uses frames and TPL files, witch are a bad choice IMO.

The tpl files just make it more dynamic and more easily customizable. But to each his own, anyway can anyone tell me how to add a sidebar who knows phpbb?
