VM = The amount of virtual memory allocated to the process
Faults = The number of virtual memory page faults (when a VM page was requested that is not in the TLB/page table and needs to be loaded from main RAM).
NonP = Number of non-paged segments
Paged = Number of paged segments
Note: These are only rough guesses. You would do best to google for the documentation on the program and find out the exact description of everything.
