Loading Screen Error

I just Started working on a custom loading screen for one of my maps, i have been reading a how to at the folowing link

But im haveing trouble downloading Loadingviewer.mdx , i tried clicking the link on the page and it sent me to a screen on this site that said the folowing

Then i tried to download from Filefront but its blocked at my house cause of a firewall :banghead:

Finally i clicked on a link on this page

A download box came up with the option to "save" "cancel" of "Find" a program to open the file, i saved it (after thring to find something to open it, useing a web and went to a very unhelpfull windows site) Now im stuck i cant find a program to open the loadingscreen program if someone could help me resolve this ide appreciate it.

you are not suppose to open the mdx file, you are suppose to make a BLP file then have the loadingscreen.mdx as a mdx file and then use it on costum loading screen options. note: change ur pic to FullScreen.blp
