Locked out of Bnet

I'm locked out of battle.net USEast....

I tried connecting from Diablo 2 and Starcraft.

They both boot me out at the accessing account stage.

It was working fine all day, then I went to create a melee game in starcraft. The game filled up super fast and then I lose connection to battle.net. So... I canceled the game. I try to reconnect to battle.net and it keeps kicking me out!!

Try deleting any copies of the file bncache.dat that may exist on your hard drive.
Should this fail try rebooting your computer.
Should that fail try reinstalling the game.
If none of that works post back.

Also, try the following :

Click on Start then Run
Type "regedit" and click OK (Without the quotes)
Click on the + icon beside the "HKey_Local_Machine" branch
Click on the + icon beside the "Software" branch
Select the "Battle.net" branch and press the delete key
Click on the + icon beside the "HKey_Current_User" branch
Click on the + icon beside the "Software" branch
Select the "Battle.net" branch and press the delete key

I tried all of the tips and I am still locked out. I think for some reason USEast blocked my ip. Maybe it is an error in thier system that makes them think that I am a hacker since I keep losing my connection whenver I make a game.

Is there an email I can send to blizzard if my ip is blocked?
