Locust Ability On RoC

I am making a maze, and i'm trying to figure out how to get locust ability on all of the units, so that they are selectable, but un-clickable. (like Maze of Fame 3, A different kind of maze) i know that it's possible, since RoC has alot of mazes that have locust on the creeps and mazers. Help!!

how can you select a unit if you don't click it? sry I don't quite get what you mean
