Make trigger turn on another trigger

Ill post both my triggers. The first will create a Circle of Power at region "Star top". What I want it to turn the second trigger on when the Circle of Power has been created. If this includes the use of Hashtable please explain how to use it since I have no idea how it works.

This trigger creates the Circle of Power.

• Obelisk active 5
  • Events
    • Unit - A unit owned by Player 12 (Brown) Begins casting an ability
  • Conditions
    • ((Ability being cast) Equal to Search ) and ((Number of units in (Units in Obelisk active 5 <gen>)) Greater than or equal to 1)
  • Actions
    • Unit - Create 1 Circle of Power (large) for Neutral Passive at (Center of Star top <gen>) facing Default building facing degrees

And this trigger is supposed to work ONLY when the above trigger has been activated.

  • Events
    • Unit - A unit enters Star top <gen>
  • Conditions
    • (Entering unit) Equal to Unknown Bellor the Guardian 0011 <gen>
  • Actions
    • Special Effect - Create a special effect at (Position of (Entering unit)) using Abilities\Spells\Human\ThunderClap\ThunderClapCaster.mdl
    • Unit - Cause Unknown Bellor the Guardian 0011 <gen> to damage Unknown Bellor the Guardian 0011 <gen>, dealing 90.00 damage of attack type Magic and damage type Magic
    • Unit - Pause Unknown Bellor the Guardian 0011 <gen>
    • Wait 2.00 seconds
    • Unit - Unpause Unknown Bellor the Guardian 0011 <gen>
    • Trigger - Turn off (This trigger)

Thats pretty easy. You can just make a Bolean variable, and set it to True when Obelisk active 5 triggers.
Then at Star top use, at condition put this bolean variable.

you make the second trigger off by default, then put the action: trigger - Turn on (the second trigger) at the end of the first trigger.
