Making a spawnpoint

Ok, here I am again, making my little Hero Builder arena.

1. how do I make a building (whatev) become a spawnpoint for enemy or my own units?

2. how do I put up a rally point for enemy units that come from that spawnpoint, or at least make them go to a spcial location (like in Enfo's Team Survival)?

Make a region outside the building you want the units to spawn. Then via trigger, create the units and send them to a region where you want them to go.

Ok, i know that is for td's but it covers "spawning at one location and move to another"
