Making a Voting board in a mod 4 gme

i need to make a voting board in my game with the title Vote and the question is enable anti-tank cannons (already in level(unit)) or not how do i make a board with the question come up at the start of the game how do i enable it in trigger editor?

Read Acehart's (wasit Acehart's?) dialog tutorial, if you want a "board" with a question for all players it is called a dialog box, his tutorial explains how to do multiple questions in a dialog box, how to make it so that it goes to next set of buttons and previous set.

It explains loads i recomend it to start off with, you'll fid it under site navigation to or left, where it says "Dialog Boxes" click that and follow through the tutorial.
