Messed up Ctrl+alt+delete menu on WinXP

It only displays the "processes" tab, all the others cannot be selected and the menu bar is even gone. Please help. Screenshot available at:

Looks like your system is infected with spyware and maybe even trojans... You need to be more careful about what you download

Might not be a virus. Try double-clicking that grey margin that runs around all four sides of the window.

Hunter is right on that one. The window is just maximized for that tab. Double-clicking the gray border should return it to normal.
