in object editor i tried to find how to edit the minimal range so i went to mortar team and tried to find out how to change it but theres only "range" no minimum please help

Try Combat - Minimum Attack Range. It's not with the rest of the attack values.

    I'd rather personally just own a backup of the Nuon data than see it go to AtariAge honestly. If it gets enshittified as per usual, or if some of the "regular" Jaguar folks get there, it's not gonna be fun
