I think you know that I'm making a warcraft IV project
I'm still new to modding and maybe someone could give me the link of a tutorial

A tutorial relating to what specifically? I doubt there is an all-in-one tutorial for WC3 modding in existence, so you're going to have to specify what you're looking for (modelling, GUI/JASS, terraining, etc.)?

Without any additional information, you can just browse through the WET site, the Tutorials & Resources section, WC3C or The Hive Workshop, and try to find exactly what you're looking for

By modding, he mean kinda like creating a "new" warcraft, see War IV : EOE
or Project Revolution for some example.
