model help

how do i customize the appearance of units like nevermore.

they just colored him black but i want to know how to customize them further

Models?
Hex colors?
RGB colors?
Skins?
Unit size?
Modeling itself?
Skinning?
i honestly have no clue what your getting at :/

the shadow fiend in dota (nevermore) is the default firelord, just with all colors set to 0.

if you want a different color, just change the color settings under Art in the Object Editor.

if you want the model file to look different, then you have to edit it. Using an editing program, use the seach button there are many topics on this.
