Module>Camera Pallete?

Where is it? I'm fiddling around with WE and on the tutorial it says

"We first need to set up a new camera. We can do this by accessing the Camera Pallete under Module>Camera Pallete"

I can't find it

How do I make a cinematic play immediatly?

Cinematics will play immediately when you set it up, by fading into Cinematic / Letterbox mode.

And yes, it's Layer, not Module, I need to fix that.

Aha! I have found out how to work cinematics! Hooray! Lol....I made a test and it worked fine but I had to put "Intialize Map" under Event to get it started. That was easy and FUUUN!
