Monitor Jitter

Whenever I start Battlefield with my GeForce4 ti4200, the moniter gets wavey. it doesnt do this for any other game. all i see is little jittery waves on the screen and cant play with this obviously. any ideas?
 
yea. tried it on windows 2000 and windows XP. no go. still wavey/jittery
 
i think somethings wrong wtih my vid card. cause i cant run at 60mhz. whenever its at 60 its wavey, everything is.

or it's something wrong with your monitor, try degauss it, also do not put anything with strong megnetic field close to it
 
Anything electrical can really cause that. At my last job we had bad problems with the lighting messing it up. Funny thing is it looked BETTER at 60Hz since the power there was running 60 Hz as well.
