"Monster spawn points."

How to create them, im kinda new in making maps so plz explain me, i want a spot where the monsters keep respawning, i saw that on some other maps ( a hero / arena map )

Well, that's much too vague a question for any "definitive" answer...

What exactly are you trying to do? And, when should it happen? How often? ...?

only 1 question: i want a random lvl 10 monster spawner but it spawns only green dragons lvl 10 can i do something about that?

Find all the other lvl 10ers you would like to see
and add your map's tileset to theirs.
