Move Units?? Sounds simple, but I just can't

Does anyone know how to move unit from one region to another?

For some odd reason, I can only made them move instantly. I cannot find the unit move command. The normal move command. Does anyone know how?

Use one of the following.

Unit - Order unit to move to (region, location, etc)
Unit - Order unit to attack-move to (region, location, etc)

Go to triggers than go to unit catagory then scroll down

I tried, but all I get is "Unit-Move Unit (instantly)" I don't see the just move unit option. Am I missing something really basic? Is there anyway to rewrite it so I could "del" instantly? perhaps one of you guys could do a basic move function and post the pure code (ie. the code that the editor generate, when you give the command to covert it)
