Movement Speed

Is there anyway to reduce movement speed below 150 with triggers ?
EDIT amn i tried to slow the units with trigger, but sometimes a unit gets 1 move speed.

Here is my map, the spell name is Chakram.

Take a look in the gameplay constants and make sure minimum speed is set below 150 (150 is default).

Thing he means, where can he find the gameplay constants:
menu: Advanced / Gameplay constants:

Then just search for movement speed and it will have a minium entry,
change that to your desired value

I fixed already that, now my problem is that the trigger sometime makes the unit's movement speed to 1, and i don't know why....

Well, could you post your trigger so we could see? Not everyone has an editor

well i could , but i fixed already , but thanks , and btw the spell has 7 trigger, and each trigger has over 100 line, u sure u would have checked it out xD?

well the spell was making the units movement speed to 1 sometimes for no reason , and my spell was always checking if distance beetween the picked unit and the dummy is lower then 200, it should store his movement speed, but when the dummy was moving was also damaging , making the units move away, and when the spell would have stored the movement speed , it couldn't cuz they were far away from the dummy.

I changed to 250 the distance and now it's wrking properly.
