mp3 format

i know this thread should be somewhere else but i trust u guys way more. i need to know a way to convert files to mp3 format (they are wma right now) and to mpg5. my borhter got a psp a week ago and it needs that for videos and music. so any file converter would be nice and mabye infranview might do it. so plz any help would be nice.

The Advanced WMA workshop is the best to me, and can convert anything to MP3.

When sending to the PSP, you need a USB connector and then put the PSP in USB mode, and open the folder on your computer, put the files in there, and disconnect.

i knew how to put files in there but i didn't know how to convert them. thx for the help and do u have a psp?

yea it is. ok the song says it is DRM protected how do i stop that? so i can change it?

getting around DRM licensing is tricky, the only thing I can think of is to open the file up in Media Player first. You should get prompted to go to a website where you can download a DRM license for that music. Once that is done, try doing the file conversion again.

in WMP try Tools menu -> click "Options" -> click "Privacy" tab -> make sure "Acquire licenses automatically for protected content" is checked
