Multiple Issues - Creep Pathing, Spawn Triggers(TD)

I opened the world editor for the first time in 2 years and Im trying to re-learn everything before SC2 comes out so I can make maps for that but I am having a few simple problems that I cannot find the answer to.

First,

I am making a Tower Defense in order to get my bearings again but I can't seem to get the creeps to spawn for the computer player (grey)
Here is my trigger:
Trigger:
  • Level 1
    • Events
      • Time - timer1 expires
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • For each (Integer numUnitSpawn) from 1 to 10, do (Actions)
        • Loop - Actions
          • Unit - Create 1 Souless Peon (1) for Player 9 (Gray) at (Center of westStart <gen>) facing Default building facing degrees
          • Wait 2.00 seconds

as a side note, the creeps will spawn if I choose player 1 instead

Also, when they spawn they don't move, the spawning region is (westStart)
Heres my trigger,

Trigger:
  • west1
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit enters westStart <gen>
    • Conditions
      • (Owner of (Triggering unit)) Equal to Player 9 (Gray)
    • Actions
      • Unit - Order (Entering unit) to Move To (Center of west1 <gen>)


If anyone could tell me what I am missing that would help a lot.

Ok I don't gonna complain about the stacks of leaks this makes but it would normally work. Maybe try to use triggering unit instead of entering unit.

But did you set the player slots?

Ok i solved the problem of them moving, but that still leaves the problem of them not spawning for gray.

I think i set the slots, do you mean the Scenario > Player Properties... ?

Yeah I setup gray as a computer(undead) and put it in a force by itself.

numUnitSpawn is initialized as 1. I worked the spawning problem out, it works for player 1 but not for player 9

I feel like a total idiot!

I didnt disable the fog of war and black mask in the map ini so i couldnt see the creeps were actually spawning.
