music problem

i got tons of music,i made 1 for my arena and other popular maps but when people comes to my game the file size is big and it make people download normal an a lil slow,i need a progarm that make the file to 0:00 like in run kitty the linkin park music file is 0:00 i tthink the sound tracking thingy i need help

1) Download my program "Switch" www.nch.com.au/switch

2) Load your files into the program. Drag and dropping works.

3) Select ".mp3" from the output format menu at the bottom of the window.

4) Click "Encoder Settings..."

5) Select "Constant Bitrate (CBR)". Set the number to, say 64 (something low). Hit the OK button

6) Now back in the main window, set the output folder you want the files converted to.

7) Hit the convert button.

this progarm wont make the file be lower to be on my map it just makes it more spaces tell me the easyiest way an make a more easyier instructions

Those were the easy instructions. Are you saying you found instructions like clicking buttons to be too complex for you?

My program is the easiest to use file converter out there, hands down.
