N501 Screen Fit Problem

Hi,

I have a N501 and while watching any DVD
it intermittently switches between Screen Fit
and the normal picture.

So the picture keeps going back and forth.

I tried a DVD lens cleaner but this did not
solve the problem.

I took the batteries out of the remote and covered
the infrared sensor on the unit and this did not work.

I reset the firmware and this did not work.

Does anyone know why it is doing this and how
I can fix it.
