Need Help Desperatly - Importing Heroes

Ok, a friend of mine and I are making a map. He is good with custom abilities/making heroes, and I do all the triggering and terraining, etc. It gets cumbersome handing the map off and having to wait for him to get done and vise versa. So my question is, is there a way that I can import his heroes alone without overriding the map completely?

You're much too impatient...

If "Import / Export all object data" isn't working for you,
there's the "slower" way:
Open both maps.
Select a Hero, use "copy", switch maps, use "paste".

Hey im also having the same problem but it takes way too long as i have to copy trigger data as well as dummy units. is there a faster way?
