i made this hero recently and i thought i'd share it:

Name: you decide!
Hero: Poison Master
Primary Attribute: agility.
Melee Fighter.

Description: The poison master is a rather fragile hero, he's not the best fighter nor the greatest of spellcasters, his mastery in concocting poisons however, will bring even the mightest of warriors and wizards to their knees.

Crippling Poison: The Poison Masters weapons are coated with crippling poison, each attack injects his victimes with this poison dealing minor damage over time, reducing movement speed, attack speed and reduces all healing effects on the unit. lasts for 10 seconds

Level 1: 5 damage per second, 15% movement slow, 20% attack slow and 20% reduced healing.
Level 2: 10 damage per second, 30% movement slow, 40% attack slow and 20% reduced healing.
Level 3: 15 damage per second, 45% movement slow, 60% attack slow and 20% reduced healing.
Level 4: 20 damage per second, 60% movement slow, 80% attack slow and 20% reduced healing.

Corrosive Poison. hurls a vial of corrosive poison at the target, upon impact the target will be bath in this vile substance as it burns off his very armor!, deals damage over time and reduces armor

Level 1: 20 damage per second, reduces armor by 2
Level 2: 40 damage per second, reduces armor by 3
Level 3: 60 damage per second, reduces armor by 4
Level 4: 80 damage per second, reduces armor by 5

now i know that the above to are very generic and simple, tbh i did mostly make them as modified from the Object editor and used triggers for the damage/healing reduction, but they are the building blocks for the next 2 abilities:

Envenom:a vicious strike th deals moderate damage and gains a bonus in damage for every poison the Poison master has inflicted his victom with, the Poison masters weapon will remained coated with the blood and toxins of the attack, causing his melee attacks to do additional damage at a faster rate for a short time after.

Level 1: Deals 75 damage + 40 damage per poison, attacks do 20 additional damage with 15% attacks speed bonus for 5 seconds
Level 2: Deals 125 damage + 80 damage per poison, attacks do 30 additional damage with 25% attacks speed bonus for 5 seconds
Level 3: Deals 175 damage + 120 damage per poison, attacks do 40 additional damage with 35% attacks speed bonus for 5 seconds
Level 4: Deals 225 damage + 160 damage per poison, attacks do 50 additional damage with 45% attacks speed bonus for 5 seconds.

Ultimate: Epidemic: inficts the target with a deadly disease, causing Poisons within the target unit to outbreak, dealing 100 damage to the unit per poison effect and will spread all active poisons on him to all enemies units within the area as well as inflicting them with the disease, this continues until there are no units with range to infect, units afflicted by the disease take 20 damage per seconds and take double damage from the Poison master's poison effects as well as taking 50% additional damage from envenom.

Deadly Echo (Active)

Necromancer channels a horrifying spell echoing into everybody's ears harshly damaging them.
1:Up to 2 seconds, 6 dmg per number of units in 800 radius from caster every 0.5 seconds.
2:Up to 3 seconds, 7 dmg per number of units in 800 radius from caster every 0.5 seconds.
3:Up to 4 seconds, 8 dmg per number of units in 800 radius from caster every 0.5 seconds.
4:Up to 5 seconds, 9 dmg per number of units in 800 radius from caster every 0.5 seconds.

[Ally units are included in the number of units that the spell counts, but they are unaffected from the damage]

Recall The Dead (Passive)

Necromaster has the power to revive the corpses for his own will.
1:Spawn 1 minion every 3 seconds, minions have 50hp,10dmg,1 sec atk delay, 350 speed.Lifespan 5 seconds.
2:Spawn 2 minions every 3 seconds, minions have 50hp,13dmg,1 sec atk delay, 400 speed.Lifespan 6 seconds.
3:Spawn 1 minions every 2 seconds, minions have 100hp,16dmg,1 sec atk delay, 450 speed.Lifespan 7 seconds.
4:Spawn 2 minions every 2 seconds, minions have 100hp,19dmg,1 sec atk delay, 500 speed.Lifespan 8 seconds.

[Skeleton minions don't leave corpse when they die, at 2/4 levels 2 skeleton minions are spawned for 1 corpse]

Soul Burn(Active)

Necromancer disables enemies' will to react by burning their soul.
1: Pauses all units in 400 AoE for 1 second and then slow by 30% for 2 seconds.
2: Pauses all units in 500 AoE for 1 second and then slow by 40% for 2 seconds.
3: Pauses all units in 600 AoE for 2 seconds and then slow by 50% for 2 seconds.
4: Pauses all units in 700 AoE for 2 seconds and then slow by 60% for 2 seconds.

[Pause affects all units except Necromancer]

Wave of Death(Active/Point)

The most powerful ability of Necromaster. Releases a violent spirit that damages with increasing power everything on its path (except allies ofc).
1:200 damage +5% per creep, +8% per hero, +11% per corpse
2:200 damage +6% per creep, +10% per hero, +14% per corpse
3:200 damage +7% per creep, +12% per hero, +17% per corpse

[Its like shockwave, every referred unit it hits its power is increased.It has 1000 cm/units effect.Lets say on it is 1 level and on its road it hits 7 units, 1)creep 2)creep 3) creep 4)corpse 5)hero 6)corpse 7)hero. We begin 1)200 2)210 3)220.5.......

Hex - [Q]

The very basic spell used by every Hexer, transforming their prey into a helpless critter for a short duration of time. While it weakens their psychical and magical resistence, it also enhances their speed.

Level 1 - Increases damage done by 14% and increases movement speed by 10%. Lasts 2 seconds.
Level 2 - Increases damage done by 22% and increases movement speed by 17%. Lasts 2.5 seconds.
Level 3 - Increases damage done by 30% and increases movement speed by 24%. Lasts 3 seconds.
Level 4 - Increases damage done by 38% and increases movement speed by 31%. Lasts 3.5 seconds.

Curse of the Amani - [W]

Places a wrathful spirit from the fallen Amani Empire upon a victim, slowly draining its life force and movement speed. Grants vision of the unit as well as returns 20% of the damage done to heal a friendly unit.

Level 1 - Deals 130 damage over 6 seconds and drains its movement speed by 7%.
Level 2 - Deals 180 damage over 7 seconds and drains its movement speed by 9%
Level 3 - Deals 230 damage over 8 seconds and drains its movement speed by 11%
Level 4 - Deals 280 damage over 9 seconds and drains its movement speed by 13%

Mask of Clarity - [Z]

Gan'do switches his current mask for the Mask of Clarity, increasing his health and mana regeneration while wearing it.

Level 1 - Heals 1% of max health per second and increases mana regeneration by 40%.
Level 2 - Heals 2% of max health per second and increases mana regeneration by 55%.
Level 3 - Heals 3% of max health per second and increases mana regeneration by 70%.
Level 4 - Heals 4% of max health per second and increases mana regeneration by 85%.

Mask of Prowess - [X]

Gan'do switches his current mask for the Mask of Prowess, increasing nearby allied units movement speed, attack damage and spell damage while wearing it.

Level 1 - Increases movement speed by 2% for every 10% of max health remaining and attack and spell damage by 9%.
Level 2 - Increases movement speed by 3% for every 10% of max health remaining and attack and spell damage by 13%.
Level 3 - Increases movement speed by 4% for every 10% of max health remaining and attack and spell damage by 17%.
Level 4 - Increases movement speed by 5% for every 10% of max health remaining and attack and spell damage by 22%.

Mask of Fury - [C]

Gan'do switches his current mask for the Mask of Fury, weakening enemy units spell and attack damage while wearing it. The effect is stronger the closer the enemy is.

Level 1 - Decreases attack and spell damage by 11%.
Level 2 - Decreases attack and spell damage by 16%.
Level 3 - Decreases attack and spell damage by 21%.
Level 4 - Decreases attack and spell damage by 26%.

Hexed Chants - [R]

Sacrifices a friendly unit to temporarily enhance Gan'do's magical capabilities. Increases spell damage and effects depending on current health of the sacrificed unit.

Level 1 - +2% spell damage for every 10% of max health remaining.
Level 2 - +3% spell damage for every 10% of max health remaining.
Level 3 - +4% spell damage for every 10% of max health remaining.

A magical lash that whips the very soul of the targeted opponent, causing severe pain and leaving the enemy weakened for several seconds.

Level 1 - Deals 80 damage and decreases the targets' magical resistance by 5% for 6 seconds. Builds one Shadow Energy.

Level 2 - Deals 130 damage and decreases the targets' magical resistance by 10% for 6 seconds. Builds one Shadow Energy.

Level 3 - Deals 220 damage and decreases the targets' magical resistance by 15% for 6 seconds. Builds one Shadow Energy.

Level 4 - Deals 360 damage and decreases the targets' magical resistance by 20% for 6 seconds. Builds one Shadow Energy.

Mind Game

Having mastered the art of manipulation, Apocalypta enjoys reveling in the enemys' confusion as she plays with its mind.

Level 1 - Deals 135 damage over 8 seconds. Every time the target performs an attack or spell, there is a 40% chance that an additional 20 damage is dealt to it. Builds one Shadow Energy.

Level 2 - Deals 215 damage over 8 seconds. Every time the target performs an attack or spell, there is a 40% chance that an additional 45 damage is dealt to it. Builds one Shadow Energy.

Level 3 - Deals 305 damage over 8 seconds. Every time the target performs an attack or spell, there is a 40% chance that an additional 70 damage is dealt to it. Builds one Shadow Energy.

Level 4 - Deals 425 damage over 8 seconds. Every time the target performs an attack or spell, there is a 40% chance that an additional 95 damage is dealt to it. Builds one Shadow Energy.

Cooldown: 5/5/4.5/4 seconds
Mana cost: 60/90/150/210 mana

Demonic Scream

A terrifying howl that curdles the blood of nearby enemies, leaving them defenseless.

Level 1 - In 400 AoE, lowers enemies' armor by 3, their damage and movement speed by 7%. Builds one Shadow Energy. For every unit hit, gives a 5% chance to build an additional Shadow Energy.

Level 2 - In 450 AoE, lowers enemies' armor by 5, their damage and movement speed by 10%. Builds one Shadow Energy. For every unit hit, gives a 5% chance to build an additional Shadow Energy.

Hellfire (ulti)

Wreathes a target in incinerating flames, utterly destroying it. Any Shadow Energy adds onto the effect, but is the expended.

Level 1 - Deals 400 damage to the target. For every Shadow Energy deals 8% bonus damage. Expends all Shadow Energy.

Level 2 - Deals 550 damage to the target. For every Shadow Energy deals 8% bonus damage. Expends all Shadow Energy.

Level 3 - Deals 700 damage to the target. For every Shadow Energy deals 8% bonus damage. Expends all Shadow Energy.

Cooldown: 80/60/50 seconds
Mana cost: 300/440/600 mana

Shadow Energy (passive, gained at level 1)

Enhances Apocalypta's spells. A maximum of 5 Shadow Energy can be acquired.

Lash of Pain - Deals 30 bonus damage per Shadow Energy.
Mind Game - Deals 30 bonus damage per Shadow Energy.
Demonic Scream - Deals 30 bonus damage to every unit in the AoE per Shadow Energy.
Hellfire - Deals 8% bonus damage per Shadow Energy.

There it is - Hope you like it :) Put quite a bit of work into her.

tooltip: pierces the selected enemy in the abdomen, draining it of its strength. every pierce would increase its power. if Dethak kills an enemy unit with this attack, it costs 3 less mana to use, 10 for heroes.
level 1: 45(+0.5 per pierce.) damage, 30 least possible mana.
level 2: 60(+0.5 per pierce.) damage, 30 least possible mana.
level 3: 75(+0.5 per pierce.) damage, 30 least possible mana.
level 4: 90(+0.5 per pierce.) damage, 30 least possible mana.

tooltip: Dethak quickly burrows into the ground and pops up at selected area, snaring all units in the path Dethak traveled. If Dethak pops up right below a hero, Dethak will deal damage to them.
level 1: Burrows 300 range, snare for 0.8 seconds, 30+(.9 STR) damage.
level 2: Burrows 350 range, snare for 1.2 seconds, 50+(.9 STR) damage.
level 3: Burrows 400 range, snare for 1.6 seconds, 70+(.9 STR) damage.
level 4: Burrows 450 range, snare for 2 seconds, 90+(.9 STR) damage.

[E] Thorny Exoskeleton

tooltip: Dethak exoskeleton is passively hardened, increasing armor. If activated, Dethak strains his exoskeleton cells, making them lethal but in return Dethak looses speed.
level 1: Passive 5 armor, if activated returns 10% of damage dealt to Dethak, but speed is reduced by 30%.
level 2: Passive 10 armor, if activated returns 15% of damage dealt to Dethak, but speed is reduced by 30%.
level 3: Passive 15 armor, if activated returns 20% of damage dealt to Dethak, but speed is reduced by 30%.

[R] Chrysalis Form

tooltip: Dethak brings himself in a Chrysalis form, halting all forms of movement, attack, skill, regeneration and is invulnerable. While in this form, enemies that go near Dethak will be slowed for a duration.
level 1: Goes into Chrysalis form for 2 seconds, slows nearby enemies for 20%.
level 2: Goes into Chrysalis form for 3 seconds, slows nearby enemies for 30%.
level 3: Goes into Chrysalis form for 4 seconds, slows nearby enemies for 40%.

cooldown: 160/140/120
mana cost: 0

Please include my hero, I made some custom icons and spent some time on him. If he's hard to code, you can remove the unique parts and make the main point stronger, although it will make him not unique in the end ;/

Bored... Decided to post an idea.Sry for not having icons as i still dunno how to insert it :p also most of my spells are like spells in DoTA fused together. Sry.

Name: Blood Tusk( dumb i know)
Model: Actually i want to use Dire mammoth but there is already one so i choosemagnataur(dumb spelling)
Stats:Strength Normal + low(Primary)
Agility low + low
Intelegence Normal + low

Spells:
Heavy Stab
Blood Tusk stabs his target hard in its stomach. Blood Tusk could choose to release him or cling onto it.
If Blood tusk clings onto it, Blood Tusk cannot move, attack or cast spells but will be drag by its victim. Due to his massive weight, Blood Tusk slows the target tremendously.
It Blood Tusk choose to release his grip, the unit will be damage when it moves.(YAY rupture.).
Range of 100 for all level.
Damages 75/100/125/150
Slow 10/15/20/25%
Damage when moves. 50/40/30/20 unit move per damage.

Simple spell. When he cast this skill, he will have another ability called release. If release is cast, then Blood Tusk will release the target.


Chains of Beast
Blood Tusk shoots his chains forwards. When it hits a target, the target will be stunned. If Blood Tusk strenght is higher than the target, he will pull the target to him(YAY Meat Hook). But if it is lower, Blood Tusk will pull himself to the target ( YAY Grappling Hook).

Range: 500/700/900/1100
Stuns for 0.75/1/1.25/1.5 sec
Damages 30/40/50/60

Another not-so-simple spell. It is fuse of Meat Hook and Grappling hoook but it cannot be aim.( targeted at the ground. It will be always in front of Blood Tusk)


Roar of Might
Blood Tusk roars loud to moralise his allies. Every unit that heard the roar will follow Blood Tusk's roar.Each roar increases strength. Last until there is no unit in 100 area that have not roared yet.
Range of 100 for all level. Effects creeps and the unit roaring.
0.75/1/2/3 Strength for each roar.

Okay.. This spell is messy. When casted, Blood Tusk will roar to all allies in a 100 area, increasing their strength. After 1 seconds, the unit being roared will roar and they will not roar again. Then unit in the 100 area of the roaring units will roar and so on and so forth. Got it?

Shifting Earth( Ultimate)
Blood Tusk Enormous weight wiil cause the earth to tremble if he jumps. Channels for 1.5 second before jumping. The ground will shake continously, damaging all unit in its area. Last for 10 seconds
20/40/60 dps.

Some easy spell like Sand King's Epic Center but without the slow.

Synergy:
Roar of Might + Beast Chains
Ensure that Blood Tusk strength is higher than the target.

Beast Chains + Heavy Stab
Ensures the unit is in range.

Heavy Stab(Release) + Beast Chains
Make the unit suffer the moving damage form heavy stab.

Beast Chains + Shifting Earth + Heavy Stab
EPIC COMBO. Beast chains ensure the unit is in range while Blood Tusk channels his Ultimate. Then Stabing the unit to slow it down.

Hello,I havent created a hero idea from a long time so I decided to make one now.

Malzahar
(uses demon hunter model with teal colouring,teal team color and the Reef Elemental missile attached to each of his hands.)
The Dream Caller

Spells:
Dream Void: The Dream Caller is surrounded by the powers of the nether void which gives a chance to make attackers fall into deep slumber.
5/7/11% to make an attacker fall asleep for 5 seconds.sleeping targets cannot move or cast abilities and will awake when attacked(the sleep effect is the same for all his spells).

Dream Cloud: Malzahar creates a thick fog in the area around him,which stays for several seconds and slows enemies that enter it.Enemies slowed by the cloud will have 20% that on their attack they will fall into deep sleep.
Slows movement speed by 17%/27%/37% for 7 seconds.
Nightmare Strike: The Dream Caller deals bonus damage to sleeping targets.Malzahar automaticaly deals bonus damage to his attack when he attacks a sleeping target.Bonus amount increases with level(150/200/280/ etc)

Slumbering Doom: Malzahar gets a percent chance that he will make an enemy fall asleep whenever he attacks it.4/8/12% chance to make a target fall asleep on attack.

Well,here it is.All the damage and percentage should be customized and balanced according to the game ofc.If anything i think the idea is original,because i havent seen a hero like this anywhere else.The model might be a little overused but it looks hella awesome when u add teal colouring and the teal custom colour and u add the Reef Elemental missile to each of his hands.Looks really cool.

    I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
