i made this hero recently and i thought i'd share it:
Name: you decide!
Hero: Poison Master
Primary Attribute: agility.
Melee Fighter.
Description: The poison master is a rather fragile hero, he's not the best fighter nor the greatest of spellcasters, his mastery in concocting poisons however, will bring even the mightest of warriors and wizards to their knees.
Crippling Poison: The Poison Masters weapons are coated with crippling poison, each attack injects his victimes with this poison dealing minor damage over time, reducing movement speed, attack speed and reduces all healing effects on the unit. lasts for 10 seconds
Level 1: 5 damage per second, 15% movement slow, 20% attack slow and 20% reduced healing.
Level 2: 10 damage per second, 30% movement slow, 40% attack slow and 20% reduced healing.
Level 3: 15 damage per second, 45% movement slow, 60% attack slow and 20% reduced healing.
Level 4: 20 damage per second, 60% movement slow, 80% attack slow and 20% reduced healing.
Corrosive Poison. hurls a vial of corrosive poison at the target, upon impact the target will be bath in this vile substance as it burns off his very armor!, deals damage over time and reduces armor
Level 1: 20 damage per second, reduces armor by 2
Level 2: 40 damage per second, reduces armor by 3
Level 3: 60 damage per second, reduces armor by 4
Level 4: 80 damage per second, reduces armor by 5
now i know that the above to are very generic and simple, tbh i did mostly make them as modified from the Object editor and used triggers for the damage/healing reduction, but they are the building blocks for the next 2 abilities:
Envenom:a vicious strike th deals moderate damage and gains a bonus in damage for every poison the Poison master has inflicted his victom with, the Poison masters weapon will remained coated with the blood and toxins of the attack, causing his melee attacks to do additional damage at a faster rate for a short time after.
Level 1: Deals 75 damage + 40 damage per poison, attacks do 20 additional damage with 15% attacks speed bonus for 5 seconds
Level 2: Deals 125 damage + 80 damage per poison, attacks do 30 additional damage with 25% attacks speed bonus for 5 seconds
Level 3: Deals 175 damage + 120 damage per poison, attacks do 40 additional damage with 35% attacks speed bonus for 5 seconds
Level 4: Deals 225 damage + 160 damage per poison, attacks do 50 additional damage with 45% attacks speed bonus for 5 seconds.
Ultimate: Epidemic: inficts the target with a deadly disease, causing Poisons within the target unit to outbreak, dealing 100 damage to the unit per poison effect and will spread all active poisons on him to all enemies units within the area as well as inflicting them with the disease, this continues until there are no units with range to infect, units afflicted by the disease take 20 damage per seconds and take double damage from the Poison master's poison effects as well as taking 50% additional damage from envenom.
