I need a condition that would only give the player 10 lumber, if he has a lumber factory in his ownership.

2 Ways:

Preferred way:
Set a unit group variable to Pick every unit owned by the player of type lumber factory and count that variable. If it's greater than or equal to 1, give the lumber.

Alternative way:
Make a trigger that sets a boolean to true when the building is created and back to false when it is destroyed. Use this boolean as a condition.

(Number of units in (Units owned by Player 1 (Red) of type Lumber Mill)) Greater than 0
