I'm amazed that blizzard decided to add in this stuff (specifically the voice chat). I wonder if it will work for stuff besides raids and partys.

Guild voip maybe.
General/Trade voip NO.

You won't be able to yell at pugs because the people stupid enough that they have to be yelled at will never use voip, or know how to use it at all.

That bank sounds realy vulnerable to abuse during arguments between officers.

I have it worse. I get blue screens of death every time I log in.

They pretty much had to, since LotR:O offers voice chat as well.
