New ideas for a map!

I need some ideas for a new map. Preferibly footman wars or hero arena.

do you and your brother have to share a computer or do you get one each?


When it comes to good ideas, I'm probably the worst guy to talk to. Everything I do in my maps is just a decent version of an idea someone else came up with, but did a real crappy job at implementing.

I'm an expert in the how, meaning that I can take someone's fanciful idea, and realise it through triggers or whatever, no matter how complex the task may be. Of course having said that, I can also tell pretty much straight away if an idea is doable or not using the wc3 engine.

what about some sort of racing game where heroes race against each other through an obstacle course? Through the race they can get powerups like extra speed to give them an edge over their opponents.

Does anyone think forming a clan is a good idea? we need at least 10 peeps to start one.

Iv started the map already, u start as a blade master and u race against the pandaren brew master and a paladen. If u beat them u go onto another place where u race bosses and there all either on a horse, wolf, or some sort of bird. still working on it though, im trying to get my guy to look like he jumps over a pit off a ramp.
I thought of making him teleport when he enters the region on the ramp but i need some thing that looks more realistic.
Got any ideas to make it look more realistic?

P.S. whats with ur smilies, Darg instead of smiling or lookin confused or angry they look like a bunch of dots and brackets?

The forum doesn't know how to parse my smiles into an emoticon. This is because I add a nose (a dash) into the smile.

e.g.

 :   +   )            =    :)               <= forum turns this into an emoticon


 :   +   -   +   )    =    :-)              <= forum doesn't recognise it as being an emoticon

btw the map should probably have a 3rd persony-ish sort of view, if you don't know how to do it, then I will do it for you (free trigger code section has 3rd person code, but I'm talking about something slightly different).

i found if u type : + ) manualy instead of pushing a smiley button it does it for u
