Spellpack Nova Missile and Magic Thruster

This spellpack contains 2 spells, both MUI, and written in JASS.


Nova Missile

Import Difficulty: Lowish

Units Affected: Ground, enemy

Target Type: Point

Spell Info:

The caster launches a powerfull missile that homes in towards the target point. Once reached, the missile will explode into many smaller explosions, that each deal damage.

Level 1 - 25 damage/explosion
Level 2 - 50 damage/explosion
Level 3 - 75 damage/explosion
Level 4 - 100 damage/explosion

Magic Thruster

Import Difficulty: Low

Units Affected: Enemy, ground

Target Type: Unit

Spell Info:

The caster teleports the target unit to their location, then launches the target at their original location, causing damage in the process. Range increases per level.

Level 1 - Low damage
Level 2 - Medium/average damage
Level 3 - High damage
Level 4 - Very high damage

hahas np! Hey, in your other thread... The Spell Request Thread ( please no offends for off-topic ) I requested a spell.. could you send me a link to the spell that is similar to my Hail Storm? This is what you said:

Spell Name: Hailstorm
Spell Description: Attacks an area of the ground with falling hails that causes damages to nearby units. Units in the region will be frozen, and they will receive damage over time. A great attack.
Level Required: 10
Damage: 50 x Intelligence
Aoe: 30 x hero Level
Buffs: Blizzard

Can this be done?!

Someone actually made a spell very similar to this one, in this spellpack.

I don't really want to make a repeat of it, if you just dl that one.

Sorry for the delay, didn't have much time lately.
Approved. Magic Thruster looks kind of weird though, the target simply pops up from nowhere...perhaps some teleport event or something (raise death, blink, dark transformation...)

I can't really remember what Magic Thruster looks like, but doesn't it have a tp animation? Charm was what it was, I think.

If it does then I didn't notice, too many other effects

By memory, it had 3 SFX:

- Charm (a)
- Shockwave (b)
- Thunder Clap (c)

(a) was created as the initial, or, "teleport" animation
(b) "attatched" itself (every .03 seconds) to the target
(c) was created when the target was close enough to its original location

I think that was all the SFX I used
