ok i had enough of this

i reinstalled diablo 2 as you guys told me to, but during the check mpq intergrity process i always got a corrupted bad file, please uninstall and reinstall message, i ALWAYS got that message no matter now many times i have uninstall and reinstalled. what's going on???
 
Do you have two disc drives in your computer? Sometimes this problem can be caused by trying to install witha drive that's set as slave on the IDE cable.
 
So you are suggesting me to install only my CD-Rom drive which set to master IDE? Oh, by the way, yes I do have a second CD-RW drive and yes, I was installing from the both drives so I won't have to swap the disk between installations.
 
What I meant was installing from a drive set as slave can cause this, and if you have two drives (which you do) to only install through the master drive.
