OMG Azeroth Grand Prix !!!

I disagree. It's very hard. THe controls repsond like 5 seconds before you turn making it very very fustrating.

Nah, it is AWESOME. The only unfortunate thing is trying to drop a bloody item and race at the same time. Perhaps they should just make it so that you can only hold one item at a time and that the hotkey for it is I or U. I don't like trying to see what the keys for the items are whilst I'm using the arrow keys...I can't drive with my left hand and look at the abilities with the right.

Other than that...very cool. They could try making a better soundtrack though :D

(That song is so old, boring, and overused. It doesn't even have a ring :( What they should do is make upbeat music while they're copying off of Mario Kart--it'll make the race more satisfying)
 
For me, the controls were atrocious. It ruined the map. If you barely press it would move you mroe than just a little bit and it took a second for it to register it. I personally don't like it. Well back to Halo now:).

O ok I'll try him, it might be that I picked the grunt care thingy and his controls weren't very good.
 
It was one of those things where the more I play it, the better I got. The different vehicles handle differently, since they all move at different speeds.

If you are remotely familiar with the traditional typing . . . mode, or whatever, then the a-s-d-f is pretty obvious, and easy.

But then, I had to take a semester of typing freshmen year as a required class. :(

I thought it was awesome, myself. Definitely alot of triggers for me to look at, which is reason enough to just randomly download whatever maps I can find.
 
Darg you have been living in a cave :D, and connan what in the name of F$%# you on, crack? the controls are like the simpilest around and what you talking about the controls responding 5 seconds later(again must be the crack) and go back to your halo and never backtalk the grand prix,(danm rednecks nowadays,

I suggest for anyone who plays it not to play as the Orc car. The controls on him stink so much.
 
As Nebulon has hinted, you guys should open the map up in the editor and see all the cool things they did with it:

Custom fade filters - there's an example in there.

JASS - this is one of the most JASS'ed up maps released by blizzard, it's got some pretty funky scripting code in there.

imported sounds, skins and models - extract them and use them in other maps if you like!

I hear that the guys over at wc3campaigns are hard at work modifying the diablo-in-a-car to get a proper looking diablo model. If they succeed, that would be very cool.

Sounds? Nah, they're old and suck so much. I suggest you stick with what you can find on Google or sequence yourself :D

And skins? Ye olde.

But the models--that's something one could look into. My only case is that I have no need for THOSE models, so I'm not going to bother :)

The first waiter just asked "anything else? deserts?" and when the table shook their head said "ok" and left. Then the other waiter came in and started going off describing the deserts and you could see the heads turning, and they finally got a bunch of deserts
