I used to suffer with crashes every five minute in BF1942 multiplay, but when i changed motherboard and memories.. the problem is nowhere to seen. BF works great even full 62 player matches, which were imbossible to play with previous parts.
New board is Epox 8RDA and memories 2*256 Mb DDR-Ram with 333 MHz. Previous board was MSI KT7 and two 256 SDRam blocks with 133 MHz. Its expensive of course, but money is maked to flow..
