Opening multiple IE windows

For some reason unknown to me I cannot open multiple windows useing Ctrl N any longer. Any ideas as to what i have changed or messed up that would cause this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes we have a pop up blocker installed.

And did the problem start after it was installed?

I am not certain if it was then or not.

Try uninstalling the pop-up blocking software and see if the problem goes away. The software may be a little overzealous in it's blocking of new windows causing your problem.

Uninstalled no change.

Could you uninstall your IE, and then download it again from microsoft's web site? See if that works?
