Usually the choices of a poll are arguable, meaning that it's not one-sided. For example I don't know anyone that wouldn't be upset if they were disconnected regardless of the cause. I realize that you are merely venting anger, which is alright. Just letting you know.

Yea, it's all about the situation.
One time I was really bored (In a HW), but didn't want to 'leave', so I bullied the host and starting targetting him, and after killing him about 9 times he started yelling at me and custom kicked me. lol!

It's called a hack. It's called people that want to control the game. It's called cheaters who want to win, regardless of the fairness.
Does the T.O.S. stop people from maphacking, spoofing, or customkicking? Not at all.

i dont get kick out of the game much i usually go along fine with the host but if you mean disconnected i was thinking of actually disconnection off b.net... it happens to me every time i play simply because of some stupid virius that keeps trying to hack into my computer but with my firewall no problem. But the bad thing is that when i play very well in a game i always get disconnected... aint it sad

It really depends on the situation.
If someone themselves are using third party software themselves to hack, such as maphack/stat hack, it's justifiable.
If they are creating an environment in which the gameplay suffers for everyone else, its not worth it. *such as yelling racial slurs and profanities constantly without it being neccesary*
However if someone is doing good, but being modest about it, it is really unwarranted.

being disconnected sucks, but since it is generally a connection issue I'm not angry at blizzard or something. Currently I'm angrier at the college for having shitty connection speed. I never know if someone's booted me via third party program so I can't say.
