Ownership Change Problem

Im haven a problem with a trigger i have, its supposed to make the ownership of a tome change when a player clicks on it, but its failing to work, can any one see the error in my trigger below?



Vamp Tome Change Player Control
Events
Unit - Vampiric Tome 0144 <gen> Is selected
Conditions
Actions
If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
If - Conditions
((Triggering player) is an ally of Player 1 (Red)) Equal to True
((Triggering player) controller) Not equal to ((Owner of Vampiric Tome 0144 <gen>) controller)
Then - Actions
Unit - Change ownership of Vampiric Tome 0144 <gen> to (Triggering player) and Retain color
Else - Actions
Do nothing






Any one see why it shouldn't work?

lose the if then else in some way it might be messing up and also try this without the second condition
